For over 27 years, the knowledgeable design staff at Designs For Living has been designing comfortable homes for a diverse clientele. Company Principle and Award-winning Designer, C. Lyle Scott, A.I.B.D., heads up one of the top residential design firms in the United States.
A specialist of Craftsman Era design, Mr. Scott is a registered professional member of many national building organizations, including: American Institute of Building Design, National Association of Homebuilders, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Central Oregon Builders Association.
Designs for Living is also an active participant on Architectural Review Committees for several up scale sub-divisions.
Our plans are designed to meet or exceed the International Residential Code (IRC).

Almost any plan change is possible. Just let us know, in detail, what changes you wish to make and we will let you know what is possible, or offer reasonable alternatives, and quote you a price.
Fees for modifications are based on scope of work and are in addition to the base stock plan fee.
Unique pieces of property, with unique views and site conditions, call for a unique plan. Designs For Living has had the pleasure of providing many exceptional custom designs to our clients over the years.
